SubTrack is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

When you use SubTrack without an account:

• Your ride data is stored locally on your device only
• We do not collect or transmit any personal information

When you create an account:

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Username (displayed on the leaderboard)
• Ride logs (subway line, car number, timestamp)

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Device identifiers

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide app functionality (saving rides, displaying statistics)
• Display your username on the public leaderboard
• Allow you to sync your data across devices

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Account data and ride logs are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database service. Supabase servers are located in the United States. For more information, see Supabase's privacy policy.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at nycsubtrack@gmail.com. Local data stored on your device can be cleared using the "Clear All" button in the app.

SubTrack does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not currently use any analytics services.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
